Physical Requirements
Property Maintenance requires constant physical labor. Each candidate must be able to lift and push 50-75 pounds or more without assistance, have the ability to walk, stand, kneel, reach, crawl, push, pull, twist, climb, the majority of the day.
Employment Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation to and from work and job sites
- Criminal background check may be administered
- Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility
- Must be flexible in hours/days and available to work some weekends
- Ability to be bonded and insured

Handyman/Service Technician Handyman/Service Technicians provide general home repair and maintenance with working knowledge in the repair and installation of plumbing, general HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting & staining, drywall, doors, windows, flooring, tiling, fixtures, appliance install, etc. Technicians are expected to safely use and operate basic tools and equipment, have the ability to inspect and recognize maintenance failures and provide estimates for handyman services. Qualifications – Minimum 5 years of Handyman, service and general repair. |
General Labor – Lawn Care Full and part-time mow crew laborers provide lawn care maintenance to residential and commercial properties. Lawn care includes push mowing, line trimming, edging, raking, bagging, blowing, mulching, planting, pruning, aeration, etc. Technicians are expected to safely use and operate basic tools and equipment, complete daily routes as scheduled and process and complete job paperwork as required. Qualifications – No previous experience necessary but preferred. |
General Laborer – Snow & Ice Ground Crew Snow and ice maintenance for residential and commercial properties. Shoveling and de-icing sidewalks, driveways, stairwells, streets, curb-lines, handicap spaces, and alleyways. Must be able to work long hours to complete snow removal. Qualifications – No previous experience necessary but preferred. |
